Cardinal Oils was founded to bring premium chia, sesame, and safflower oils from carefully selected South American producers to the industries that formulate with them worldwide.
We are not a trader. We do not chase spot volumes or resell commodity lots. We build long-term relationships with a defined network of producers — and we build long-term relationships with the customers who buy from us. That is a slower way to grow a business. It is also the only way to guarantee the consistency that our customers formulate around.
Our team combines deep South American sourcing experience with international logistics and export documentation expertise. From Asunción, we serve customers across food, nutraceutical, cosmetic, and industrial markets in dozens of countries.

Cardinal Oils operates through a network of producer partners across Paraguay. Each region is selected for its agronomic fit to specific crops, and each producer partner is on-boarded with documented sourcing and sustainability standards.
Our headquarters and logistics operations are based in Asunción, Paraguay, with international export operations serving clients across the Americas, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
